• Maintain the entire Property and building systems in a first class condition
• Retain reliable third party vendors to deliver cost effective maintenance
• Communicate with Tenants to develop and maintain positive relationships
• Proactively address common area enhancement projects
• Manage vacancies and coordinate all leasing needs
• Oversee vacancy refurbishment and tenant improvements
• Review and rebid vendor contracts as necessary
• Provide accurate and timely financial, cash flow, and budgeting reports
