interPres Realty, through its private equity fund, has as ongoing investment program focused on the acquisition of value added and core industrial properties. We act as a Principle and target the following opportunities:

- Corporate surplus and sale/leaseback opportunities
- Vacant or under leased industrial properties
- Industrial properties with additional land
- Functionally obsolete industrial properties in B or better location
