Career Summary

Zach Boebel joined interPres Commercial Realty as an Associate in 2016.  He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial and investment properties for private investors as well as corporations within the greater Los Angeles, Commerce/Montebello Submarket.  Mr. Boebel focuses his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients that provide superior business real estate solutions to increase net value and insure improved operational efficiencies. Zach utilizes a comprehensive approach to satisfy his client’s real estate needs, beginning with a thorough discovery of client’s objectives, researching and creating an effective strategy, and implementing a solution that delivers the best results.

Prior to joining interPres, Mr. Boebel worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist in individual and small group settings. He specialized in athletic performance and rehabilitation, and routinely implemented new data and techniques in working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes. Zach’s clientele also included individuals with physical disabilities, children, seniors, and others to rehabilitate injuries or create a healthier lifestyle.
