Career Summary

Mr. Phillips has quickly established himself as an essential component of the interPres Team. Mr. Phillips specializes in the business development and client services of owners and tenants of industrial and investment properties in the San Gabriel Valley Submarket and the extended Greater Los Angeles Area. Mr. Phillips utilizes his expertise to help establish new client relationships by evaluating market conditions, and researching economic forecasts and trends to maximize clients’ profits while reducing their overhead.  Mr. Phillips’s Client First Approach, along with his disciplined work ethic has proven to be valuable to the firm’s clientele. Everett is using his passion for delivering creative deal making to assist corporations and investors in maximizing the operational and financial performance of their business and industrial real estate. Mr. Phillips activities are targeted towards medium to large corporations as well as private investors.

Prior to joining interPres, Mr. Phillips was an intern at Fan Duel, Inc., creating marketing plans designed to increase the company’s user base.
