Application Process

Stage I – Discovery

Our Application Process is designed to encourage intelligent, talented and driven individuals interested in the dynamic commercial real estate industry to gain insight into our firm and its organizational culture.  Prior to moving into the Application Process, we strongly suggest that you browse this site as well as other industry sources to better understand our firm and the business real estate industry in general.  We understand that you will be making a significant commitment and investment in the firm as will the firm with you.  The initial Discovery Stage to determine if interPres is a good fit for you, why you want to build or continue your professional career at the firm, and how both parties will benefit and succeed is essential.

Stage II – Application

The more we know about you…the better.  At this stage, we trust you have taken a broad look at our industry and our firm, and are prepared to submit your resume.  We are looking for people with balanced lives with a determination to win, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a faced paced team environment, and the willingness to learn and improve.  If you feel you are qualified and interested in taking the next step in your professional career, we suggest you submit your resume and include a cover letter.

Stage III – Interview Process

The initial interview will take place in our office or via telephone with a senior member of our firm.  If a second interview is scheduled, you will meet with other team members and representatives of the firm.  We look for qualities we believe are necessary in our dynamic environment and also those that will be compatible with our firms’ culture.  If after the interview rounds you feel a career at interPres is the opportunity for you and we feel that you would make a positive addition to the firm, we will extend a formal offer to you in writing.
