Career Summary

Matthew Eddy joined interPres Commercial Realty as an Associate in 2008.  He specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial and investment properties for private investors as well as corporations within the greater Southern California Market.  Specifically, Mr. Eddy focuses on building long-term relationships with his clients and provides advisory services in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of client’s business real estate, in order to increase their net value and insure overall improved operational efficiencies. Matt’s deep interest in understanding his client’s needs, keen grasp of the market, and experienced negotiating and analysis skills has propelled him to be one of the leading industry experts in the Central, East and Southeast regions of Los Angeles County.

Mr. Eddy is committed to his continued professional growth and is a member of one of the most prestigious Commercial Real Estate trade organizations, the Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM).

Prior to joining interPres, Mr. Eddy was recruited into the highly renowned internship program at Northwestern Mutual where he learned business development and worked closely with business owners and individuals in order to increase their bottom line and insure estate preservation for their families.
