interPres assists in sale of 37,000 SF off-market building
Matt Eddy and Dave Wirgler joined forces and finalized the sale of an “off-market” 37,000 SF building located at 6489 Corvette Street in the City of Commerce CA. This exceptional building has 4 dock high loading positions, as well as 4 ground level loading doors, a large fenced yard and 18′ clear height with immediate access to the 5 and 710 freeways. interPres also assisted the Buyer, SGC International, Inc., in obtaining 90% financing and were able to get the building funded under a very limited time frame. SGC International, Inc is a large glass distributor in Southern California and this will serve as their second distribution facility in the market area.
